Site Availability

The Site is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the Site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.

Use of www.cocoonpune.com

You may only use this website to make genuine and valid reservations or purchases. You may not use this website to make any fraudulent, false and exploratory reservation. You will be financially liable for all uses of this website. You will be responsible to keep your passwords, login and account information in confidentiality.

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check in time - 1400 Hours, Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out time - 1200 Hours, Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability and may attract addition charges / half day charges.

Note: Please note Early arrival / Late check-out is subject to availability of rooms and may attracts nominal charges depending on timings.

Identity Proof

In keeping with Government regulations, we request all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Child Policy

  • Up to two children of 6 years and below age can stay on a complimentary basis, inclusive of breakfast, in the same room.
  • For one child of 6 years and below of age, and/or one child upto 12 years of age, we will provide an extra bed on chargeable basis in the same room. Breakfast charges for the elder child will be applicable as per the buffet/table hotel price.
  • For two children above 6 years of age, an additional room must be booked.

Reservations, Amendment and Cancellation

All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this website is considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email. The hotel may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings.
Should the guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made on the website at the earliest convenience. The Hotel will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability.
In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservations it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to the Client, the hotel will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel's liability. The hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hotel.
Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee / retention charges equivalent to one night's accommodation charge. Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable for entire length of stay.
Cocoon Hotel does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process. The refund will be made through the credit card used to purchase / for booking. In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 30-45 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice. Along with the cancellation charges as per the policy 5% transaction charges would also be deducted.

Charges and Payment Terms

Cocoon Hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit, where applicable, on confirmation of a reservation. If the payment are not complied with, we hold the right to cancel the booking without liability and retain the deposit. Where a deposit is required, payment can be settled by major credit card, UPI or in the event where no credit card / UPI is available, settlement in cash is necessary to facilitate the booking procedures.
Disclaimer: "Payment made through sources other than the brand website, corporate affiliates (B2B/B2C), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), or by calling the hotel.

DAMAGE TO ROOM

Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 200% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Lost & Found

Perishable items - Within one week to be returned to the finder if it is in good condition or well-packed.
Non-valuable items - After 6 months if not claimed to be returned to the finder or up to management.
Valuable items - After one year, if not claimed will be returned to the finder. Valuable items will be secured in a safety deposit box. The key will be secured in a box in the EHK/Security office. Access to this only will be given to designated people.

Visitors Policy

You should check with the Hotel for its Visitor Policy. In order to maintain privacy of guests and the tranquillity of the Hotel, Hotel have a visitor policy where:

  1. Visitors are not allowed to meet guests in the guest rooms.
  2. Visitors are allowed to meet guest in public area.
  3. The Hotel front desk requires all visitors to present a government approved photo identity.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed in hotel.

Internet Rates

Cocoon Hotel reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates with or without prior notice. The rates are governed and subjected by terms and conditions stipulated by individual hotel.

No smoking

The Indian government has made it illegal to smoke in hotels, restaurants, and other public areas. This indicates that smoking is not permitted everywhere else in the hotel besides specific guest rooms. If you require a smoking room, please let us know when making your reservation. These rooms are offered/allocated based on availability.

Special Offers and Promotions

Offers and Promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program, offer or promotion at any time.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Cocoon Hotel does not warrant that errors or omissions may sometimes occur. Cocoon Hotel does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, currency and completeness of the contents, including without limitation, any information relating to rates and room availability. Cocoon Hotel disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to this web site and other worldwide web links including without limitation, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Cocoon Hotel will not be responsible for any damages including without limitation, damages for loss of profits arising in contract or from your use or inability to use this site.
Cocoon Hotel does not guarantee that this site is free from infection by viruses and shall not be liable for any damages or loss.
In no event shall Cocoon Hotel nor its subsidiaries, agents, divisions, affiliates, representatives or licensors be liable to any indirect, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits or loss of information) arising from use or inability to use the contents, even if Cocoon Hotel has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
